The completed questionnaires provide the information she needs to draft estate planning documents, implement a plan to protect assets, to fill out applications for medicaid and other health care benefits, or complete Probate Forms and Gift and Estate Tax Returns. This allows Roberta to spend her time with you and your family, listening carefully, and explaining the laws and regulations that apply to your situation. Her goal is simple: to help you implement a plan that will help you and your family achieve your goals, and to be an effective advocate and advisor when the unexpected happens.
